Who are the Professionals sent to your home?

All of the professionals on our team are certified for CPR and for nursing in the state of California.

Registered Nurses (RNs)

Providing individual care and case management for medically prescribed treatments, coordinating with all of those who have roles in patient care.

Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs)

Working under a physician’s order and RN supervision, administers medication and treatments, takes vital signs, assists the patient with returning to independent activities of daily living, and reports medical changes in a patient’s conditions or requirements.

Certified Home Health Aides

Provide personal care for the patient, including personal hygiene and eating assistance.

Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists

Provide rehabilitative services in order to assist patient’s return to higher levels of functioning. Can see patients for trouble with mobility and range of motion, coordination problems, voice and language disorders, and more.

Medical Social Services

Access community resources to acquire the assistance patients need, including those related to environment and relationships.

Dieticians

Assist the patient with planning proper diet ordered by the physician.
